I’m a third year graduate student in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, under the supervision of Professor Amarjit Budhiraja. I received a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from Rice University in 2011.

My research interests lie primarily in applied probability. I’m currently working on several problems for large communication networks including diffusion approximations to stochastic control problems for weakly interacting particle systems and load balancing problems for large-scale server networks.

In my spare time I enjoy listening to a variety of podcasts and watching sports.
